These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the careercraft.ing website, app, MCP server, newsletter, API keys, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SKILLS AND MORE DI BARGHIGIANI ANDREA under the brand careercraft.ing (“careercraft.ing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

careercraft.ing is built for engineers who want to capture work wins, organize personal career records, and generate structured outputs such as summaries, X-Y-Z bullets, and related materials.

Some features rely on AI models and MCP-based integrations. Features may change over time, and some may be experimental, limited, or subject to usage controls.

4. API Keys and MCP Access

careercraft.ing may allow you to create API keys for MCP-related usage.

You are responsible for:

• keeping API keys confidential;
• revoking any key that may have been exposed;
• ensuring your use of the MCP server complies with these Terms.

You must not:

• share keys in a way that allows unauthorized use;
• attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or usage controls;
• use the Service to interfere with or abuse our systems or other users.

We may disable keys if we reasonably believe they are compromised, misused, or creating risk for the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Some parts of the Service are paid and may use subscriptions, one-time purchases, or a credit-based system.

When you purchase paid features:

• you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout;
• you authorize our payment provider to process the transaction;
• your access to certain features may depend on your subscription status or available credits.

Prices, plan limits, and credit rules may change prospectively. We may also offer free tiers, trials, promotional credits, or founder plans at our discretion.

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by us in writing:

• fees are non-refundable;
• unused credits have no cash value;
• credits are a limited product-use entitlement, not stored monetary value.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

careercraft.ing uses third-party AI providers to generate some outputs. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any generated output before using it in:

• performance reviews;
• promotion packets;
• resumes;
• job applications;
• public or internal company materials;
• legal, tax, employment, or compliance decisions.

careercraft.ing is not a law firm, recruiting agency, HR consultancy, or employment advisor.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of another person’s rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, keys, data, or infrastructure;
• scrape, overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law from restricting such rights;
• use the Service to build a competing product through abusive or unauthorized extraction;
• use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful automation;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as verified fact without your own review.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLS AND MORE DI BARGHIGIANI ANDREA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
• EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKILLS AND MORE DI BARGHIGIANI ANDREA and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your User Content;
• your misuse of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Trapani, Italy, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
