careercraft.ing is a privacy-first career vault for engineers. It is built to help users capture wins on demand, turn raw inputs into structured career evidence, and keep control of their career narrative without surveillance-style background tracking.

We do not store full payment card details ourselves. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

E. MCP and API key information

careercraft.ing may send content you submit, including memories, prompts, and related context, to third-party AI providers to generate outputs you request, such as summaries, enhanced memories, or structured career bullets.

Those providers may include:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic

We send this data only to operate the AI features you choose to use. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, so you are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We may share information in the following situations:

  • Service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host, authenticate, store data, send emails, run billing, and operate the Service;
  • AI providers when needed to generate the outputs you request;
  • Payment providers to manage subscriptions, purchases, and credits;

  • Loops for transactional emails, newsletter emails, and certain email communications
  • OpenAI and Anthropic for AI-generated outputs

These providers may process information on our behalf or as independent controllers, depending on the service they provide.

Today, the marketing site primarily relies on essential functionality and server-side operational logging. We do not currently state that optional analytics, advertising, or remarketing trackers are active on this site unless and until they are actually deployed.
